Safety is front and center in everything we do

Safety is not just a policy—it's our culture. Our perfect track record of zero safety incidents is a testament to the unwavering commitment that every team member and contractor brings to the job site daily.

We believe no phase of our work is more important than preventing accidents and injuries. Safety planning begins at the bidding stage and continues through purchasing, installation, construction, operation, and maintenance. Our accident prevention measures are integral to all operating functions and are a primary responsibility of our management, supervisors, and contractors.

Accident Prevention

Workplace safety

Extensive safety training and instruction are necessary to continue meeting our goal of complete accident avoidance. All field employees receive a comprehensive New Hire Safety Orientation, and those exposed to hazardous conditions receive additional training before undertaking any risky operations.

Within three months of hire or before working unsupervised, each field employee must complete a 30-hour OSHA Training Program. We also ensure compliance with Avetta, ISNetworld, and EM 385-1-1 requirements, underscoring our dedication to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Thorough Training & Compliance

Every new project begins with a project-specific safety orientation led by the Project Manager. Additionally, A weekly "Tool Box Talk" meeting, led by our foremen or company representatives, keeps everyone updated on safety practices and operational updates. Attendance is mandatory for all on-site personnel.

Zero Tolerance Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy

We strictly enforce a Zero Tolerance Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy. All contractors must have a policy that aligns with or exceeds ours, and we reserve the right to conduct testing for drugs and alcohol at any time.
